In order to secure your eligibility and to claim your reward and initiate the process, you'll need to fill in the following form. This will insure that your Property Manager is able to provide you with everything you need in order to take the next step and insure your savings.

Please complete this form in it's entirety. Once your completed request arrives to the Corporate Office, your Property Manager will receive a copy of your request and will help you to take the next steps.

If you have any questions regarding your eligibility or reward amounts, you'll need to first complete this form and then reach out to your Property Manager for exact amounts.

Please remember that there are three possible tiers of earnings: you can earn from your Resident Rewards rental credits, additional savings that you can earn based on the price of your home and a third possible area of savings based on partnering with one of our preferred lenders.
